Keep and eye out for him and inform your teenagers to watch out. Stay away and call the police if they see him parked or hanging around your house.

Not surprised to read some of the comments posted on this site. My wife and I have lived at Rancho Niuel for 13 years and we are well aware that Karen Felder and every member on the board are a tight knit group. Quite frankly I feel that there's a huge conflict of interest. Karen ,who manages The Club, has her brother John Felder for a boss. What a set-up! Let's just say they've got each others back. Our experience has been that there's not much fairness involved. You can bet The CEO of Seabreeze is clueless!
ReplyDeleteI would bet that The Ceo of Seabreeze is not aware of alot that goes on at The Club at Rancho Niguel because Karen Felder and her brother John do keep information from her. I was asked to fill out a ballot to vote for board members when I was on my way to workout. I was asked to fill it out right then and there! This is called Electioneering! I was hesitant to vote and I ignored the ballot that was mailed to my home because I'm not pleased with the current Board at The Club. Karen told me that they've done a great job and I should vote for them. Is this not in violation of the civic code? If anyone has this information please post your comment.

ReplyDeleteThis year we are taking our kids Trick or treating. We have visited the club for the annual Halloween Party and my husband and I felt the judging of costume contest winner's was totally unfair! They had the board members decide and it's favortism. They did not pick fairly, these are kids after all what are we teaching them here? There was one entry that won on origionality last year the rest were picked unfairly. No wonder there are fewer kids coming to this party.
ReplyDeleteMy goodness, I have been looking for this blog and could only find it with the exact web address. My neighbor told me he just searched for it using bing.com but I tried so many times with no findings. Now I am told that the management office is making it difficult for members to communicate on this blog. The management have been hiding badly needed repairs from the members, no good. Get rid of this manager right away!

ReplyDeleteKeeping the gym iclean is over Karen's abilities...she can't do it. How long do we need to wait no other gyms reek like the clubs!
ReplyDeleteOne member with very offensive body odor is a friend of Karen Felder's. In fact her hubby is on the board also so Karen ignores any member concerns about sanitary requirements not being achieved in the gym. Also are members privy to the fact that the assistant manager of our Seabreeze management is none other than Karen Felder's brother John Felder?? Are we all putting 2 and 2 together here. Karen is the most unprofessional, incompetent manager on the earth! You can forget about the cleanliness of the gym, no thanks to her!
ReplyDeleteI met with the board to resolve problems with safety and cleanliness. It was a lot of promises but zero action taken. They are all in kahoots with Karen. That's why my friends took action years ago to separate themselves from Seabreeze.
ReplyDeleteThis evening I walked into the office at the club to check the lost and found. This is the second time I have witnessed this, only tonight it was worse, Mary was working and the place smelled of urine, really strong! Are we going to have to do something about this? Is this too much for the manager to take on? I nearly pewked from the horrible stench! I would call this very highly unsanitary!

ReplyDeleteYou could see that the dog poop all over the club is clearly a result of poor management. Maintenance throws it out and she keeps letting dogs slip through the doors!!!!! DUMB! We need new management here! End this raquet once and for all!!!!!!
